When Technology Concepts collects personal information from you, its primary use will be to provide you with a fully customized online experience, including personalization services, online transactions, and other interactive communications. When you register at MyPlace, the information you supply will be used as follows:

If you have not selected an agent:

• The listing agent for properties in your Favorites List will be able to send you an email about the property. The email will come from the MyPlace email server and the listing agent will not be given your email address or any personal information about you. However, if you respond to the agents email, your email service address will include your email address as part of your response.

If you have selected an agent, your selected agent will be able to:

• View your Favorites List, but not add or delete properties from that list.
• View your profile, but not confidential information such as your MyPlace password.
• View your saved searches , but not be able to add, delete or modify the search.
